14 STATIONS OF THE CROSS: ART EXHIBIT

Walking the Stations of the Cross is an ancient Christian practice that dates back to the 4th century. Christians would go on pilgrimage to Jerusalem to retrace the steps of Jesus from His trial before Pilate, all the way to the Tomb. The gist of our version is this: an art exhibit that people can visit prior to Holy Week to connect more intimately with the Passion story through an assortment of visual art pieces created by members of this congregation.

We invite you to come through our 14 Stations of the Cross Art Exhibit located inside the Poplar Campus of Collierville United Methodist Church (454 W. Poplar Ave.) from 3/5 – 4/12. By entering through entrance 4 (the rotunda entrance) and walking up the ramp you will see the exhibit there.

Please grab a booklet and pen and peruse the exhibit quietly if able. We apologize if the area is not quiet at all times, we are a super busy and lively place to be!

If you have any questions about the exhibit, the church, or our budding artist collective, please reach out to Danielle Davis edanielledavis@gmail.com or Erin Bakken ebakken@colliervilleumc.org.
